    New Skater Program

    If you feel the pull of the sea and the call of derby, you’re in the right place. Our New Skater Program welcomes women and gender-expansive adults (18+), whether you're brand-new or already rolling. Bring heart — we’ll teach the rest.

    New Skater Programs typically take place twice a year for 12 weeks. Click below to learn more about our next session.

    Drop-In Skaters

    Passing through or looking to train with the Dockyard crew? Drop-ins are welcome at open practices. Just message the training committee for the schedule and let us know at least two days before you come aboard.

    Requirements

    - $10 drop-in fee (cash or Venmo)

    - Active WFTDA or USARS insurance

    - Code of conduct & WFTDA waiver (to be signed when you get to practice)
